- .gitignore had bare 'out/' matching source directories; changed to '/out/'
- All 45 files under trueref-domain/port/out and trueref-adapters/.../out
were silently excluded from the initial commit
- Added .dockerignore to exclude data/, runtime/, logs/ from build context
